All U.S. orders ship for free from our Southern California warehouse. Orders are processed within 4-6 business days before shipping. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse.
For international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary, typically taking 3-8 weeks due to customs processing.
Returns are accepted for U.S. orders within 14 days of delivery, as long as items are in their original, unworn condition. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
To start a return, email orders@prayingrabbit.com. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected.
Product Care
General Hoodies & T-Shirts:
Our hoodies and t-shirts are pre-shrunk to minimize size changes. For routine care, we recommend washing them cold and hanging them to dry. To protect the fabric and print, please wash and dry these items inside out. You can machine dry your non-satin-lined hoodies and t-shirts with minimal shrinkage expected (10-20%), but turning them inside out will help maintain their quality and appearance.
Hoodies with Satin Lined Hoods:
To protect the delicate satin lining, please zip up the hoodie before washing. We recommend a gentle cold wash and hanging it to dry. If the hoodie is without a zipper, it can also be placed inside a zippered pillowcase during the wash for extra protection.
Bottoms (Shorts & Pants):
Our range of bottoms is crafted to endure, coming to you pre-shrunk for consistent fit over time. For day-to-day care, we recommend a cold wash and opting to hang dry. If convenience calls, you can use the dryer—just note there could be a slight shrinkage rate of 10-20%.
Plush Backpacks & Toys:
Our plush items are designed to withstand normal washing and drying. Toss them into the machine and they'll come out even fluffier than before.
Beanies & Ski Masks:
To ensure the shape and fit remain true, cold wash and hang these items to dry.
Tapestries:
Keep your tapestries looking vibrant with a cold wash and hang dry, preserving the integrity of their designs.
